These variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.

2. Product Availability

Many Honey Pecan Designs pieces are available in quantities of one and may not be reproduced once sold.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability. An item is not reserved until your purchase has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

3. Product Descriptions & Photography

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent the appearance, materials, dimensions, and characteristics of our products.

Colors and other details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, computer monitors, mobile devices, and individual display settings.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

5. Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of Honey Pecan Designs jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, sizing or styling preferences, or similar reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Honey Pecan Designs within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement when available, or refund.

Because many Honey Pecan Designs pieces are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order purchases are final sale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming requested specifications before production begins.

Because handcrafted products may contain natural stones, beads, shells, metals, glass, and other materials with natural or manufactured variations, exact color, pattern, shape, and placement may vary.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Honey Pecan Designs is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, or other transportation disruptions.

If you believe your package has been lost, damaged during shipping, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so that we can assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.

8. Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be handled and stored with care.

We recommend limiting exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, excessive moisture, and other substances that may affect jewelry components or finishes.

Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, accidental damage, improper storage, and damage caused by improper care or use are not considered manufacturing defects.
