Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of Honey Pecan Designs jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for changes of mind or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement (when available), or refund.

Because many Honey Pecan Designs pieces are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
